Provides trauma-informed crisis navigation and advocacy support for individuals and families navigating serious and high-stakes situations, including:
Domestic violence and intimate partner abuse
Sexual violence, including severe, prolonged, or multiple-incident sexual assault
Childhood sexual abuse and long-term sexual exploitation
Stalking, coercive control, and ongoing threats to safety
Post-assault decision-making following extreme or life-altering harm
Complex cases involving courts, protection orders, law enforcement, or multiple systems
Situations involving children, custody concerns, or family safety
Medical, school, workplace, or faith-based institutional involvement
Our approach is practical, steady, and client-directed. We work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, frozen, or unsure what to do next—often after experiences that are difficult to explain or have not been taken seriously by others.
We do not tell clients what to do.
We do not provide therapy, legal advice, or emergency services.
Instead, we help clients understand their options, assess risks, organize documentation safely, and identify realistic next steps—with dignity, clarity, and respect for autonomy.
Every session is confidential and grounded in the understanding that complex trauma requires thoughtful navigation, not pressure, judgment, or rushed decisions.
